Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work within the marketing team to plan and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across the DACH region, as well as other activities supporting the Central European sales team Leverage the full marketing mix (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, ABM, etc) to build awareness, generate new business leads and/or progress prospects through the funnel Collaborate across a global ecosystem of stakeholders to define and develop integrated strategies and tactics Manage field and regional events (both virtual and in person) including logistics, sourcing/organizing speakers & webinar partners, pre & post event communications, etc. Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across executives, sales and marketing to build strong relationships and alignment Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
