Then read on and apply!<ul><li>As a Product Management Intern in Hotel Search, you will be mentored by and collaborate with a Senior Product Manager to take part in the whole life cycle of your initiatives: from ideation and research, to driving development and analyzing performance for future optimization</li><li>Use the Continuous Discovery Framework to find, define and validate business opportunities and user problems worth solving</li><li>Build test plans and, for successful tests, support the production implementation</li><li>Collaborate with a large cross-functional team involving experts in User Research, Product Analytics, UX and Design, Frontend Development and Quality Assurance</li><li>Learn across varieties of Scrum and Kanban, lean development methods, rapid assumption testing and dual track agile discovery and delivery</li></ul><ul><li>Availability: Full-time commitment for a 6-month internship with a valid work visa.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Foundational understanding of product management concepts, including product lifecycle, discovery, and delivery processes.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Basic ability to interpret and utilize data to inform product decisions and strategies.</li><li>Proactive Attitude: Driven to identify and tackle challenges from day one, with a focus on delivering tangible progress.</li><li>Leadership Skills: Ability to articulate a clear vision, inspire and rally team members around your ideas, and persistently pursue successful outcomes.</li><li>Adaptability and Learning: Eagerness to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied challenges.
